What if I received a damaged / wrong products?

You can return back the products to us. Once we have checked and confirm the products, we will exchange the products within 3 Days.

 

Noted: The returned products will be checked with the receipt together and the products should be in the original condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been WASHED or DAMAGED by the customer, there will not be any refund. We will also NOT be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
